Landslide in Peru kills children... :( by Lucy Hinderliter

In A jungle in Peru, several children were killed by tumbling debris and trees. About eleven bodies were found, and six of the eleven bodies were presumably children. The cause of this landslide was heavy rainfall. This landslide also destroyed about ten homes. Some residents are helping out in finding others who might have been stuck in the rubble, but te major flooding of their local river is slowing down the process. Peru's government is helping out by sending humanitarian aid.

  1. Poor people who lost their lives... However, we have to move on, and help those who are still living.

  2. It's good that they are at least trying to look and save other lives, but sad for the ones whose lives were too late to save.
