Mexican drug lord killed and stolen BY:Mikaela Carrillo

 One of Mexico's most wanted drug cartel was killed in a gun battle with Marines. His name is Heriberto Lazcano, also known as "The Executioner,"and "El Lazca". Lazcano was killed on Sunday during a shoot-out, the Navy has confirmed that one of the two bodies is Lazcano. The death of this dealer was a huge victory for the Mexican law enforcement, The Zetas cartel was the nastiest cartel. This cartel was responsible for most of Mexico's bloodiest massacres, biggest jail breaks and wildest attacks on authorities.

  Lazcano was infamous for his cartels savage tactics, such as displaying the heads of beheaded bodies on spikes. When it came time to have a funeral for Lazcano, armed men arrived at the funeral parlour and took "The Executioner's" body. He was the most powerful drug kingpin to have been killed or captured in Mexico's 6 year drug war, this war has cost 60,000 lives in total. The US Drug Enforcement Agency has offered $5 million reward for the capture of Lazcano. Lazcano was once one of Mexico's special forces, until he deserted them for the Zetas. No one knows exactly who stole the dead body, but the officials have a guess. Until then, it's only going to be a guess and a chase to find Lazcano's body.
