A Scarcity To Scare, By: Jon Cope


Summary:
    Apparently, California will have to limit their supply of Carbon fuels, because soon there will a possibility that they could run out of it. By the year of 2020, California, as a state will be required to reduce the amount of Carbon fuels used by at least 10%. The reason they will be limited is so that they can try something new, such as using advanced biofuels, soybean oil, or waste. There is a possibility that out-of-state carbon fuels will be imported, but this will be limited in California.

Analysis:
    I honestly think this is an issue because we are soon going to be using up many of our natural resources and making them extinct. I do like the fact that using these natural resources to help not pollute the air, but if people waste these resources, and we run out, our air is going to be polluted more than it was before. But I definitely do like the act of recycling.
