Dolphins killed for shark bait by Julia F

Off of Peru's Pacific coast, thousands of dolphins are being slaughtered to be used just as shark bait even though the practice is outlawed by the South American country. The group joins a fishing vessel on the boat as it gets closer and closer to where the dolphins join. As the dolphin is bleeding terribly the dolphin is hauled on board and almost immediately dies on the deck of the vessel. With a sharpened knife, a Peruvian fisherman then peels the skin off the dolphin's back and carefully cuts the body into thin slices.

This is horrendous. Dolphins are great creatures that do no harm an do not desere to die this way. As well as it being a terrible thing to do, it is outlawed anyways so there is probably consequences for these conditions. If this continues to occur, dolphins might become extinct.

  4. This is terrible! Dolphins are beautiful creatures and they didn't do anything to hurt us so why in the world should we hurt them? We shouldn't kill innocent creatures that could end up becoming extinct!
