A probe was called by a top senate this Monday. This is because allegedly Russia was interfering with the 2016 election. They were wanting the republican candidate Donald Trump to win. When officials asked Trump about this, he quickly answered they were not.
Honestly I think they might have been interfering with the election, because after Trump won the election the leader of Russia called that night congratulating Trump on his win. But no matter how Trump got to the presidency, it doesn't matter anymore because he is our president and we need to be more positive and hopeful for what is yet to come.

I find this whole Russia theory very suspicious, it makes me wonder if Russia genuinely had some affect on our election or if this is just a rumor.
