The ambassador was assassinated while visiting an art gallery in Ankara in what the leaders of Russia and Turkey called a provocative terrorist attack. The incident was captured on video and the assailant killed. Some are saying that the recent attack could bring both Turkey and Russia together in the fight against terrorism.
I think that the terrorist attacks are better off being stopped. The alliance between Turkey and Russia will hopefully help make these attacks stop.
