In Ghana, people have invented a thing that can harvest energy from the power of waves. This idea has been pursued many times but has rarely worked. Even when they did succeed, investors(usually the owners of the project) need about 20 years before they can accept an offer. This is a very resourceful way of harnessing renewable energy, but it is very hard to come up with a design that will work in any given weather condition and strength of waves; thus presenting investors with a tough decision. Yam Pro Energy(YPE) has come up with a proposition that has investors and research companies interested.

If they can figure this out to make it work it would be so exciting. Waves are infinite so that would mean an infinite source of energy.
