This past Tuesday a small military plane was circling over New York. Many people were wondering why it was so close to the city, most likely thinking back to 9/11. An FAA representative said it was just doing standard military training also working with air traffic control. This is relevant to history and us today because of what happened on 9/11 with planes in New York, and we cant help to think back to that when we see a plane fly over Manhattan.
