Samsung looks to buy the company to start building and selling automobiles, and to try to move on from the Galaxy Note 7 fiasco. They will also look to not just manufacturing cars, but to build automobile parts.
I think it will be interesting to see how originally phone or watch companies expand to make all kinds of technological advances; including cars and architecture.
