Maddie DeWitt Current event

My current event is about the lack of care of America. A man that killed his two year old daughter , before returning to prison. He was psychotic and desperate for money ( Insurance Money). He went to the doctor but he was on pills to manage his delusions and mania for a month. He couldn't afford to see the doctor often, they put him on medicaid.
