After years in the Supreme Court's hands, Sumsung finally wins the court and will not have to pay the original $548 million it owes Apple for using their design for their phones.
I think that Samsung still owing Apple money for copying their phone model is somewhat right, despite there being some differences between the two phones, they are quite similar.
