My current event is about Swimming, aerobics, racquet sports slash risk of death, study. Does exercise really help you live longer? the studies say that is 28% from risking death . Certain exercises can from risking death . Swimming is a popular exercise with 13.4% of people participating. 10% people did aerobics. The least is women football was 0.3%. I think everybody should exercise to make sure they are in good and healthy.
Even though these sports are hard on the body as long as you take care of your self you will have a successful healthy lifestyle.
