Trump is advised to train hackers - Mila Fisher

Donald Trump is being advised to train over 100,00 hackers to enhance cybersecurity. The problem is, this is currently a very unrealistic number, since there is quite the shortage of computer scientists who effectively know how to hack. On Friday night president Obama's Special Commission on Enhancing National Cybersecurity was released. The main point of the challenging to-do list was clear: Cybersecurity is a top national priority. Unfortunately, the number of commonplace, experienced hackers is increasing, which brings forth a danger for the security of the government. Many have voiced the concern of countries hacking into other's national security networks, which could easily lead to armed conflict.

While the idea of an army of hackers under the control of our current presidential nominee does not thrill me, our national cybersecurity is very important. We can't have other countries and low-laying hackers gaining access to budgets, financial plans, military strategies, and more. We need a stable secure network for our country.

  1. I agree that cyber-security is very important. However, I do not think that hackers should be given that kind of task and have that kind of information in their hands. It is possible that hackers could take advantage and use the security networks for their own benefits. That is my main concern.
