Hurricane Matthew is currently still moving through the Atlantic, threatening the Florida coast. This hurricane has already left more than 260 people dead in the Caribbean. Scientists believe that the level of violence of the latest hurricanes have to do with the temperature of the ocean. Lately, the ocean temperatures have been a lot warmer and they are causing the hurricanes to become more intense. The temperature of the water did not cause the hurricane, however it contributed to the violence of it. In later years, hurricanes will be too violent to bare if the climate keeps changing and creates harsher hurricanes. I feel that this is definitely a problem that people should keep researching and keeping track of. However, I'm not sure what humans could do to help keep the climate cooler.
