The former President of the Phillippines, Joseph Estrada, was elected mayor of the capital of the Phillippines. He is a former film star who has said that he wants to devote the rest of his life to the public. He was found guilty of plunder, stealing, and sentenced to life in prison. He was pardoned and allowed to serve as mayor. Estrada defeated the incumbent mayor of Manila. Joseph Estrada is thrilled that the city of Manila has entrusted him to lead their city. I hope that he does not misuse his power again.
