Running back for the Jets, Mike Goodson, has just been charged in New Jersey for having a gun and drugs on him early Friday morning. They were found in their car with a small amount of marijuana and a loaded gun in the car. Mike was later charged with a DWI and the man he was with was arrested as well. As it turns out, the man he was with had previously been a convicted felon and so his bail was a huge $150,000 as opposed to Goodson's $50,000.Analysis:
What can be shown in this is an example of our law and judiacial system. It also shows the punishments of what could happen by doing something illegal. This man knew what he was doing and knew he had a career and he put that on the line to have fun. Our judicial system does not take things lightly and his consequences were well deserved.
