"Grand Prairie police identified Kirkland Reed, 45, as the suspect in the murder of Jennifer Krieger and her teenage daughter on May 19.
Reed was located at a hospital in Almagordo, New Mexico and taken into custody.
Reed and Krieger were in a relationship and both lived at the home in the 1800 block of Sandra Lane where the murders occurred.
Detectives from the Grand Prairie Police Department’s Major Crimes Unit traveled to New Mexico to interview the suspect. There they seized additional evidence. Police gave no details on the nature of the evidence.
The Dallas County Medical Examiner’s Office has not yet released the cause of death."
This is the hardest one I've written so far because the teenage girl that died I knew her and we went to school together. They say Mr.Krieger left the home and was very upset at something that happend in the home then later left and killed them both then exited to New Mexico. Then was later found and token in jail. All I have to say is I miss you kelsi and I know god has you #RIP
