A report by teh Victorian mental illness awareness council in Australia says that 45 percent of women have been sexually assaulted while in the hospitals, 65 percent have been harrased and 85 percent feel unsafe.These acts actually deteriorate these womens mental health even more leaving them tramuatized and insecure.Funding has been made to improve the infrastucture of the facilities so that patients are safer.
