Tim Lambesis, the vocalist for the metal band As I Lay Dying, was recently accused of contracting someone to kill his wife. He is held on a $3 million bail in California. His wife wouldn't let him see his children and according to what was stated that was a reason he wanted his wife dead. However, he pleads not guilty and his lawyer is doing all he can including accusing the police of setting up the murder charges.
