France becomes 14th nation to approve same-sex marriage_breanne moreno

The lower house in France's national assembly votes 331 to 225 in favor of same-sex marriage. The legislation is expected to be approved by the constitutional council and signed into law by President françois Hollande. The vote makes France the 14th nation in the world to pass legislation for same-sex marriage. Uruguay and New Zealand have also both recently passed same-sex marriage legislation.
I think that this is a great thing because it makes the people happy and a greater chance of being who they are where they live with the opportunity of being married to which ever gender we please increasing, i hope that everyone anywhere can happily be comfortable with who they are and not judged by what they like because everyone should be able to spend their time on earth happy NOT miserable. Even though some people say religiously that it is unholy to marry the same gender, i think that they have no right to tell people who they can or cannot love because it is their lives not ours. Not every one thinks the same so obviously the arguments will not stop, but i feel that everyone deserves to be happy so i hope soon, every square inch of earth will be able to peacefully live their life the way they want to, not the way society wants to because society has become ugly.
