The women's basketball team and the Japanese women's soccer team flew in premium economy seats on their flights to Europe, while the men has to sit in the business class. The women's Austrailianbasketball team has also won three silver medals in the last three Olympics, while the Aussie men have actually won none. It is also important to note that the Japanese soccer team for women won last year's World Cup. There has been some controversity over the flights and how the two sexes are not being treated equally. I find this article interesting.
