110 dead in Mexico storms by Katelyn McLane

There have recently been three storms in Mexico, causing a massive flood that affected about 24 states in the country. 110 people have been pronounced dead, and 68 people are still missing. Mexico President Enrique Pena Nieto spoke last week and said that there is little hope of finding more survivors now, and that they've already begun the reconstruction process.

It's very sad how these natural disasters occur and just wipe out so many people and places. It's frustrating how we can't do much to control them from happening, and we just have to deal with whatever the earth throws at us. But I suppose that's life, and I hope that the families and friends of all these innocent people who are missing or dead are doing alright. I wish I could do more to help them.

  1. I have read so many storms post its sad. We don't get much natural disasters here in Dallas. The only natural disasters we have are tornadoes and when we do get them it really suck too. We try to prevent so many bad things from happening and we just can't. All we can do is try to help alleviate the damage.
