In about a month William and Kate's baby, Prince George will be Christened. For this special occasion the royal mint in great Britain is printing a set of limited edition coins that are very expensive. These coins, are made of valuable metals and are likely to sell for thousands of dollars.

 I chose to write about this article because I wanted to do something more lighthearted compared to what we typically see in the news. I think this article shows some cultural aspects of Britain that differ from the U.S. The royal family still holds the position of a celebrity even with the relatively minimal power they hold. Their culture fro the past still shines through today and I thought that was interesting. -SAM
