Massive hurricanes are apparently going to become more frequent in our world as the planet continues to warm. Many studies have been taken to make sure this is true, and not one has proven them wrong yet. Apparently it is very clear that the temperature change is connected to the hurricane frequency, but it is certainly not clear how this works. Not all scientists agree with this data from the tests, but it is certain that there is some connection between the two environmental categories. This is scary for a lot of people, because they know how destructive these disasters can be to lives and cities. This article was written by John Roach, and it was frightening to hear. I cant imagine that things like Hurricane Katrina could be happening annually or even more than that in future times. I did not sense any bias in this article, as it stated both sides of the argument. I think that this was written for everyone as a warning, and a very awakening one indeed.

I liked that this article has no bias.
ReplyDeleteWarmer global temperature=warmer oceans=more hurricanes. Yikes!
ReplyDeleteThankfullly we don't live by the coast, but really this is frightening
ReplyDeleteI hope that all of these hurricanes aren't like Katrina, because that we be some kind of awful.
ReplyDeleteI just wish that the world could go a year without a major natural disaster:(
