Tornado Kills 20 People in Bangladesh by Corsica Steding

Southeast of the Bangladeshi capital, a tornado affected about 24 villages.  Nearly 300 people were injured, and 20 people were killed by the tornado last Friday.  There were roughly 500 houses damaged. Trees were also uprooted along with power pylons.  "It destroyed everything I had.  Nothing is left.  We found ourselves rolling in the mud within minutes," Mohammad Nizam, a village resident said.
