Sky-Rocketing Food Prices in Egypt- Jamie Lerman
In Egypt, food prices have been increasing which is making it hard for low-income homes to get the food they need. The food and ingredients needed to make a meal have been raised tremendously and it is making it very hard for children in families the nourishment they need to grow healthy. And it is also putting health at risk for people of many ages.

I don't think it's fair for the food prices to be so high. This seems to be come down to a matter of supply and demand. The price for the food is so high that not many people can buy it and then the demand goes down. Yet the rice stays the same. No one is winning there is they can't sell their food, and no one can buy it. It might not be a matter that they can all easily fixed, but it still needs to.

  1. This is terrible. I also don't think that food prices should be so high because it isn't fair for the many people that can't afford this food. I think that these prices need to surely go down because if children can't receive the nutrients they need, then they may die of starvation. I would hope that a country wouldn't want their population to start decreasing all because of a matter that could be fixed. I hope the prices lower soon.

  2. How awful would it be to not be able to get food. We are lucky. Here there is food everywhere.
