Mars Probe returns first pictures from Mars

There was a probe sent to Mars a while ago and for the first time it has sent its first pictures back.This probe sent by Russia and Europe has been one of the few probes to have been able to send the pictures back.The also let a satellite in outer space that lets them calculate how far it is from other planets/stars.I think this is a big advancement in technology and in society.
