A Foot Away from the Finish Line- Current Event Victoria Gonzalez

The 2016 Election is at its peak, on the eve of the election night for our president the country has never been more impatient. But even though the election night is tomorrow, both candidates are still trying to make one last impression while a foot away from the finish line. Despite the fact that this election seems to be set in stone from what both candidates have done/said the last year, tonight is still a chance for them to make an impact.
To add the cherry on top, Clinton along with President Obama made a final speech in efforts to attract voters at the Independence Hall this evening. President Obama claimed during this rally that Clinton is "smart, who is steady and who is tested,". Meanwhile, Trump has claimed Clinton as "the face of failure" and is trying to bring attention to her failures as secretary of state. But despite all of this, the time is now for all who can vote to take action and decide what country they want to live in. It may not seem like that big of a deal but we need to make a decision about what the consequences-good and bad- are for either candidate if they have the fate of the country in their hands.
