Many scientist have proved that Texas is the second state to gain the zika virus.
In order to find a way to get rid of them we have to try it on people to see what kind of deceases the zika brings to us , and try to fund cures and a way to get rid of them without harming the environment. Its like back then around the time of Moises when people got punished for having slaves with rare insects they never knew and many of them died. So in order for Texas to be safe scientist may try it on people and see what happens from there
