Miles Shickman - 10/31

One of the most iconic social media platforms, Vine, announced its impending shutdown on October 27. Parent company, Twitter, may be in financial trouble to pull a move this desperate. We don't know exactly what caused it, but I know that if the platform that launched Sawn Mendez's career is being taken down, I'm happy.

  1. Vine is defiantly not treading like it was in 2014...i wonder why Vine has decided to shut down. They probably are not making enough profit.

  2. Really surprised Vine was still a thing in 2016 with all its competitors that are more advanced.

  3. After Instagram introduced video, I figured this would happen. Now Vine doesn't really serve a purpose, and I don't really know anybody who uses it anymore.
